Product can be exchanged only if it is found defected. Returned product must be unused and in good condition. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from one screen to another, therefore products cannot be exchanged based on this reason. If a defected product has been delivered, contact us at info@pnphijab.com or mesaage us at our facebook or Instagram page within 7 days once the product is received. No exchange or refund will be made after that.
